Amy House is composed across a series of split levels, creating variation in height and outlook without losing a sense of order. Privacy is built into the plan rather than added afterwards, allowing different parts of the house to feel connected while still holding their own degree of retreat. At its heart, the house borrows warmth from fire. From the wood-burning fireplace, its glow seems to travel quietly through the room, reaching the oversized kitchen island as everyday life unfolds around it. The house moves between openness and intimacy with an ease that makes its complexity feel almost invisible.
