HXB House explores the interplay between solid and void, mass and lightness. The design is organised around a central courtyard that brings daylight deep into the plan and creates a private outdoor room at the heart of the home.

The architecture is deliberately restrained — a composition of simple forms and honest materials that gains richness through the quality of light and spatial sequence. Board-formed concrete walls lend texture and warmth, while large timber-framed openings connect interior spaces to the courtyard garden.
